Text to video

Create AI videos on Kling 4.0 with the available Kling 3.0 Turbo model.

Text to video is the default homepage mode. Enter a prompt and choose the output settings. For prompt-writing advice, see Writing prompts.

Prompt

Kling 3.0 Turbo accepts up to 2,500 characters. Describe the subject, action, camera movement, and light. Other models may have different limits, shown beside the prompt field.

Model

Kling 3.0 Turbo is selected by default. Kling 4.0 is a locked preview marked Coming soon; it cannot generate videos yet. Other compatible models, including the Seedance family, are listed with their actual model names.

Changing models updates the available controls and credit estimate. Membership restrictions are indicated in the selector.

Length

Kling 3.0 Turbo supports 3–15 seconds, with a default of 5 seconds. Longer outputs use more credits. Start with a short shot before generating longer variations; limits for other models are shown in the controls.

Resolution

Kling 3.0 Turbo supports 720p and 1080p. The default is 720p. Use 720p for initial experiments, then choose your final quality when you are happy with the shot. Higher quality options may require membership.

Aspect ratio

Choose 16:9, 9:16, or 1:1 for Kling 3.0 Turbo text-to-video. The default is 16:9. Image-to-video follows the starting image instead.

Audio

Kling 3.0 Turbo has no audio on/off control in this workspace. Some other models expose an audio switch when their interfaces support it.

References

Text-to-video with Kling 3.0 Turbo uses a text prompt. To animate one starting image, switch to Image to video.

For multiple reference images, video, or audio, switch to Multi Reference and choose a compatible model. Upload limits and any input-media charges depend on that model; the generator shows them before submission.

Cost

The credit estimate updates when you change the model, duration, resolution, or inputs. The amount shown before submission is the amount charged. Compare credit balances with the calculator on the pricing page.

After generating

Tasks run on the server, so you can close the tab. Finished clips appear in the results panel and My Assets. Regenerating with the same settings produces a new variation.
