Credits and FAQ
How generations are priced, what plans unlock, and answers to common questions.
How credits work
Every generation is charged in credits, deducted when you submit the task. The cost of a video depends on:
- Resolution — higher resolutions can cost more; compare the displayed estimate.
- Length — cost scales with duration, so 20 seconds costs about four times 5 seconds.
- Model — each model has its own rate. Kling 3.0 Turbo is the default.
- Attached video input — supported reference models may charge for source footage. Kling 3.0 Turbo does not accept video inputs.
The generator shows the exact credit cost before you submit, and that number is what gets charged. The same formula runs on the server, so there are no surprises after the fact.
To work out how far a given balance goes with your usual settings, use the credit calculator on the pricing page.
Keeping costs down
- Iterate at 720p / 3 seconds with Kling 3.0 Turbo, then re-run the finished prompt at full quality.
- Regenerate before rewriting — a near-miss is often just an unlucky sample.
- Chain short shots instead of asking for one long take; same cost, more control.
Plans
Payments are currently marked Coming soon on the pricing page.
Credits come from a subscription or from one-time credit packs. Both are on the pricing page; monthly and yearly billing carry the same features, with yearly working out cheaper per credit.
Your plan also affects what you can select: the Seedance 2.x models and the higher resolution tiers require a Standard or Premium plan. On Starter, or without a subscription, selecting one opens the upgrade dialog.
Your balance, transaction history, and plan live under Settings → Credits and Settings → Billing.
FAQ
Where do my finished videos go?
To My Assets, and to the results panel in the studio. They stay there for download; nothing is deleted when you close the tab.
Do I have to keep the tab open while it generates?
No. Generation runs on the server. You can navigate away, close the browser, or come back on another device — the finished clip will be waiting in My Assets.
How long does a generation take?
Usually a couple of minutes for a short clip. Longer durations and higher resolutions take proportionally longer, and busy periods add queue time.
A generation failed. Was I charged?
No. When a generation fails, its credits are refunded automatically. If your balance still looks wrong after a failure, contact support with the details listed on that page and we will check the transaction.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Commercial use is covered by the Terms of Service. Read them before using output in a paid campaign — and note that the model's own provider terms apply to what you generate as well.
Why did I get a different video from the same prompt?
Each run draws a fresh sample. Identical settings do not produce identical output, which is why regenerating is a legitimate way to fix a near-miss.
Can I make videos longer than 30 seconds?
Limits depend on the model: Kling 3.0 Turbo supports up to 15 seconds; Seedance 2.5 supports up to 30 seconds. The Kling 4.0 model is not available yet. For longer sequences, generate consecutive shots and chain them by feeding the last frame of one into the next, then edit them together. See Image to video.
Which languages can I write prompts in?
The generator accepts prompts in any language. English prompts tend to be the most predictable, since that is what these models were mostly trained on; if a prompt in another language gives weak results, try translating it.
How do I cancel a subscription or get a refund?
Cancellation is under Settings → Billing. Refund eligibility is set out in the Refund Policy. For anything the policy does not answer, contact support.
